Pay & deliver
Once confirmed, we'll send payment instructions. Crafting, pickup, and delivery are all shared with you in real time on chat.

Frequently asked
How soon will the bouquet arrive?+
It depends on the city, but most bouquets arrive within 24 hours of order. Each city page lists the specific lead time.
Can I choose the design?+
Yes. Tell us the style you like from the portfolio, and our manager will guide you through what's possible based on the local florist's stock.
How do I pay?+
Korean customers can pay by bank transfer or KakaoPay; international customers by PayPal. Our manager shares payment details on chat.
Can I track delivery?+
Our manager guides you step by step in real time — order placed, crafted, picked up, delivered. Each milestone arrives on chat.
Can I change or cancel?+
Before payment, changes are free. After payment, changes are possible until crafting begins; refund terms depend on timing.
Can I include a handwritten card?+
Yes. Send your message on chat and we'll handwrite it onto a card. Available in Korean, English, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Japanese.
Is there a reminder service for anniversaries?+
For now, our manager handles it personally. Tell us your next anniversary in advance, and we'll send a reminder a week ahead with a recommended bouquet.
