These policies are interim, written for early operations. They will be replaced with formal terms before public launch.

Refund Policy

Bouquets are perishable, so refund terms differ from typical goods. We operate by the following stages.

  • After payment · before crafting — full refund.
  • After crafting · before pickup — partial refund. We refund the amount minus actual costs (flowers, etc.).
  • After delivery starts — non-refundable.

For quality issues with the bouquet itself (damage, wilting, etc.), share photos with our manager. We review each case and either remake or refund.

Privacy

We collect only the minimum information needed to handle your order and delivery, and use it for nothing else.

  • What we collect — name, contact (one of phone, email, KakaoTalk ID), recipient name, delivery address, and design request.
  • Purpose — handling your order, dispatching, delivery tracking, and customer support.
  • Retention — five years after the transaction ends (per Korean e-commerce law).
  • Third-party sharing — only with the partner florist in the destination city, and only the minimum needed (recipient, address, design).

To request changes, deletion, or access, message our manager any time on chat.

Terms of Service

bloombada (the "Service") is a Korean-style bouquet aggregator. Bouquet crafting is performed by partner florists in each city, while the Service handles design confirmation, delivery tracking, and customer support.

  • Service area — Koh Samui, Bali, Phuket, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, and Ho Chi Minh City. 10 cities only. Other regions on inquiry.
  • Crafting responsibility — flower freshness and design quality are the partner florist's responsibility; the Service verifies via photo at the confirmation step.
  • Disputes — disputes are resolved under Korean law and these terms.
